I’m Stephanie. I’ve been a neuroscience researcher, a trapeze artist, an SEO specialist, a magazine editor, a health coach, a fire eater, an opera singer, an actress, a journalist, a founder of a cocktail bitters company, and a veteran world traveler (phew!).

And no, not on TV.

My life has been anything but ordinary, and neither is the way I approach marketing.

For over 12 years, I’ve been a biohacking copywriter and professional stuntwoman. I’m obsessed with all things fitness, health, longevity, and biohacking because I live and breathe this world every day.
