Sika wanted to change that narrative, speaking directly to the modern consumer in a way that felt approachable, empathetic, and genuinely supportive.
I recommended leaning into a more human angle. Instead of simply talking about benefits and features, we focused on showcasing the “why” behind Sika Health’s mission. Their About Us page became the heart of this transformation.
By emphasizing the disconnect many feel in navigating healthcare and the untapped potential of HSAs/FSAs as tools for proactive health, we positioned Sika as more than just a service—they became a partner in living longer, healthier lives.
